Most importantly, StressRoller is simple to use and you can take it wherever you go.
How to Use StressRoller
- Place StressRoller horizontally on a flat surface.
- Apply direct pressure on the area you wish to work on.
- Hold for 10-15 seconds.
- Roll the targeted area back and forth allowing StessRoller to move with you.
- Repeat this 5 times.
- Start lightly and gradually increase pressure in order to release tension and ease pain.
- Don't forget to breathe.
- Rest 30 seconds. Repeat 5 times per targeted area.
- Repeat the above every other day for 2 weeks, for each targeted area.
After 2 weeks of consistent use or when pain is gone, use StressRoller on an as-needed basis.
Most trigger points will break up depending on the severity within 6-8 treatments.
